✔ Submit recent passport-size photographs that meet Schengen photo requirements.
✔ Provide personal bank statements for the last 6 months along with a bank solvency certificate.
✔ Submit employment or business-related documents as proof of occupation and financial stability.
✔ Provide an invitation letter if visiting relatives or friends in Portugal.
✔ Submit confirmed or tentative hotel reservations and a round-trip flight booking.
✔ Hold valid Schengen travel medical insurance with adequate coverage.
✔ Provide notarized copies of the applicant's and spouse's NID along with a TIN Certificate.
✔ Demonstrate financial stability through savings, fixed deposits, property ownership, or other supporting assets.
✔ Submit marital status and family-related documents where applicable.
✔ Students should provide valid educational documents.

Employment or Business Documents:
Employment Certificate including designation, salary, employment duration, and approved leave.
Business-related documents for self-employed applicants.
Travel Insurance:
Valid Schengen Travel Medical Insurance with complete coverage details.
Identity Documents:
Notarized TIN Certificate.
Notarized copies of the applicant's and spouse's National ID Cards (NID).
Travel Documents:

Confirmed Flight Reservation.
Confirmed Hotel Reservation.
Personal & Family Information:
Current residential address and duration of residence.
Parents' names, addresses, and dates of birth.
Marriage Certificate (Notarized), if applicable.

Student ID Card and supporting educational documents, if applicable.
Family or Friend Information:
