The agent representative greets you and helps you with the immigration procedure when you arrive at Cairo International Airport. An escorted ride in a contemporary air-conditioned vehicle will take you to the hotel via Old Cairo, where you can take in the expansive view of the citadel with Mohamed Ali’s tall mosque, passing past Sultan Hassan and El Refaie mosques. You will check in at the hotel when you arrive and have some free time to rest. Return to the hotel and spend the night in Cairo after dinner at an oriental restaurant and an optional visit of the Sound & Light Show by the Pyramids.

After breakfast at your Cairo hotel, travel via the desert road (approx. 225 km) to Alexandria for a guided tour. Visit Pompey’s Pillar, an impressive granite monument linked to Emperor Diocletian, and explore the historic Kom El-Shoqafa Catacombs, dating back to the 1st–2nd centuries. Continue to the scenic Montazah Gardens, a vast park surrounding the former royal palace, ideal for relaxing walks and coastal views.

Drive past the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina, a tribute to the ancient library, and view the historic Qaitbay Citadel, built on the site of the legendary Alexandria lighthouse.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Cairo. Dinner will be served at a restaurant, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at your Cairo hotel before beginning a guided visit to the legendary Pyramids of Giza — Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus — and the iconic Great Sphinx. You may also stop at a local papyrus institute or perfume shop before lunch at an oriental restaurant.
